How to set up full access between networks on mikrotik?

There is a mikrotik routerboard RB2011 1pc, and a cloud switch for 16 ports.
There are networks:
192.168.1.0/24
192.168.3.0/24
Internet on the first interface of the router
So, I created a bridge from 3 to 10 interface on the router with the address 192.168.1.1 (DHCP, pools, etc. also on this network)
On the switch I created 2 bridges:
from 1 to 16 interface 192.168.3.1 (this is the first bridge)
from 17 to 24 interface 192.168.1.2 (this is the second bridge)
They are connected to each other via 192.168.1.0/24 networks.
Computers from both networks 192.168.3.0/24 and 192.168.1.0/24 go online, but point-blank do not want to ping each other.
What am I doing wrong? What should I do to make these networks see each other? And then it's some kind of kapets.
And I understand that this may not be the best option, but still I wonder how to do it right in such a situation?

Really enough routes. The problem was in the firewalls on the PC, now everything responds and everyone sees each other. The question is closed.

How does the router know about the existence of the network 192.168.3.0/24? Write a static route, for example.
Or instead of connecting these two network pieces of iron through 192.168.1.0/24, make vlans on both networks.

If the router does not know where to send packets, then by default it sends them to blackhole, usually it is the Internet where these packets die.
Those. you just need to wrap traffic in the routes to the desired interface.
