How to set up FreeRADIUS + Mikrotik?

Installed FreeRADIUS 3.0.12 I set up a
connection with MYSQL, I try authorization on DD-WRT:

As you can see, mikrotik does not pass accounting, although everything is OK with authentication, what could be the problem? Where to dig?
UPD: As it turned out, the problem is that both routers have the same external IP, i.e. in the nas table, the nasname field is duplicated.
If you log in from one router, the second one does not work, and vice versa (after rebooting radius).

logs do not show Accounting-Request from mikrotik. He does not do it or does it on the wrong port. raduis is used for hotspot? If yes, is accounting enabled in /ip hotspot profile?
