Why is bittorent tracker not working?

On Ubuntu 14.04, I am creating a bittorent tracker using the instructions https://gist.github.com/sourcec0de/5299027. I distribute according to the same instructions using CTorrent. If I use the www.direct-torrents.com service , the torrent downloads successfully.
However, when using uTorrent, Transmission - the seeder does not appear in the list of peers, the download does not occur. At the same time, bttrack does not give any errors when the client accesses it. And CTorrent - writes "bad handshake", in turn.
I tried to distribute not only CTorrent, but also Transmission - the results are exactly the same.

Look at the ports... Turn on DHT
