How to set up forwarding of external mail to an external domain?

Good afternoon,

On the Exchange server, for one of the users, during the vacation, they set up forwarding to an external address. When checking, a strange thing was revealed: if letters sent to the user from other internal addresses are quietly forwarded, then when sending a letter to the user from an external address, an error message is received at the forwarding address:

Delivery failed to the following recipients or groups:

[email protected]
The message was not delivered due to a permissions or security issue. The message may have been rejected by a moderator, the recipient may only accept e-mail from certain recipients, or another restriction is preventing delivery.

Diagnostic information for administrators:

This is not a bug but a feature.
Google towards SMTP Relay. We configure the connector for these purposes.
