The essence of the question is that you need to configure DMZ on the provider's router (MGTS), but it's not clear what to prescribe.
The cable goes to the provider's router, then to Mikrotik and then to the PC.

Then as I understand you have Mikrotik, model - ??????
Mikrotik has an LTE modem plugged in, which is an Internet provider - right?
And you want to:
1) Make the Internet through MGTS, leaving the modem as a backup channel.
2) Remove the LTE modem, and instead use MGST ??

I assume you mean something else, definitely not DMZ. You need the provider's zte to act only as a channel-forming equipment, i.e. only a modem, and the microtic will act as a gateway with two Internet connections.? If this is the case, you need to put the zte into bridge mode and set the m-tic accordingly.
