How to set up correct networking on a VM?

Hello,
There is an ESXi 5.5 hypervisor, it has a windows 2003 r2 virtual machine, the network does not work correctly on the VM from time to time. The part of clients with DHCP1 falls off (And DHCP1 responds from the virtual computer). The rest of the VMs behave correctly (they run VMs with windows 2008\2012 r2 and CentOS6). Tell me where to look and how to localize the problem?

@gbg

And what do you mean by "the client with DHCP fell off?" What is it like? How many virtual network cards does the VM have?

Clients that receive ip addresses from DHCP1 fall off, Clients that receive ip addresses from DHCP2 continue to work. vnic for VM 1

it doesn't seem to you that somewhere there is a mismatch: Part of the clients with DHCP1 falls off and Moreover, DHCP1 pings from the virtual machine. If the network fell off, then there should be no ping. If you have two different subnets with DHCP, then maybe where the ranges overlap, or maybe the virtual switch does not work correctly, it can be recreated. To hang up a virtualka on the second DHCP to check up as there will be.
