How to set up connection between Synology DS and Zyxel kineetic via 3G modem?
Lord, I ask for your help.
There is the following task. Five points scattered geographically over the region, each has ip cameras that used to write video to an internal flash drive,
but now it is necessary that the video from each camera be written to the server.
Synology DiscStation 112+ (dsm 5.0-4493) is used as a server.
Cameras will be connected via zyxel kineetic 4g II.
Since 3g Internet operators do not connect white ip, there is a problem connecting with cameras.
The question is how to use the hardware that is available to set up a connection, it is clear that through vpn.
But what's the best way to set it all up?

1. Will there be synologues at every point? if not, then that's just the idea. simply because the stream needed for the cameras will not crawl through normally after 3g.
2. Five cameras - is a license needed for Survival - is there one?
3. vpn if and do then l2tp
4. hence the question - how synology goes online
5. here is the general question of how you want to organize the recording, in the long run it’s cheaper to put ds112 + at each point and write on it with, for example, two cameras (a license is no longer needed for survival, it’s free for 2 cameras) in motion, t .about. save space on hard drive, etc. minus - a little more expensive in the short-term (up to 1-2 years) version, and you need to adjust the sensitivity of the recording operation. pluses - in the end it's really cheaper, you have to pay less for the Internet, because the channel is not particularly wide, "shoved it under the ceiling and it works."
