How to set up compression and caching on Bitrix?

I dug up a bunch of information, but google stubbornly writes that it is required to enable compression and caching. In caching, it outputs a bunch of png and jpg.
There are 9 js and css files in compression.

В моем случае я еще делаю запрос в бд и все анонсы и деталки ресайзом гоню, всего окол 30 секунд!  сразу после импорта 1с
