How to make a single-file backup of a site on Bitrix?

When creating a backup of a site on Bitrix cms, it annoyingly creates a multi-volume archive for me, with hundred-meter parts, while the tar archive, which is the output, for some reason is necessarily broken.
And I remember when it was possible to pack it into a single-file zip archive.
Hence the question - maybe there is some kind of stray that allows you to do this? And then something went into the settings several times - it's useless :(

tar-archive, which is the output, for some reason must be broken.

first time I hear that. We uploaded all the files to the server, uploaded restore.php there and everything will be unpacked without problems

By default, Bitrix creates a tar archive and simply cuts it into several files without creating headers in each of them, it is simply physically cut into several.
You can read how to "glue" a backup into one file here

When creating a backup, you can specify the maximum size, set a higher number
