Backup

Recommend a server for backups in Russia (Moscow, St. Petersburg)?

Good day.
It is necessary to choose some optimal option for such requirements.
A server for storing backups, mostly already compressed archives, which will be downloaded only if necessary (no more than once every few months), file sizes vary from a couple of 1GB to 100GB. Requires storage for a volume of about 500GB-1TB. Daily uploaded data from 300GB (growth up to 500GB is possible in a year), differentiation is possible (for example, upload backups to an external device every three days). The volumes are large, so it is possible to rent a separate server for backups with a raid. All the information that needs to be backed up is located in Moscow, St. Petersburg. The time for uploading backups is about 4-8 hours, the rest of the time I don’t want to load the machine.
I have found.
There is "Cloud storage" from Selectel
https://selectel.ru/services/cloud-storage
Price: 3 rubles per GB/month or 4.5 rubles. per TB/hour
Incoming traffic is free.
Of the benefits, there is a utility for Linux, you can upload ready-made archives via scp, rsync, ftp
When storing about 600GB, it turns out 1800 rubles / month (~ 28 $ / m) for storage only
When storing about 1200 GB, it turns out 3600 rubles / month (~ 55 $ /m) just for storing
Amazon Glacier
https://aws.amazon.com/glacier/pricing/
It seems that according to the calculations it also turns out to be about $30 (600GB)
I need an additional account and I do not quite understand the calculations. All traffic is drawn to the USA (which is xs speed)
Search on aggregators

The server also turns out to be about $ 30 and physically somewhere in Germany. Places offer 750gb in a raid.
The Internet line does not allow downloading such volumes of data to our office.
We are not ready to allocate a budget of more than $30 per month, so I would like that $15-20 was enough for current requirements with a possible increase to $30.
If these are unrealistic requirements, write so, I will pass it on.
Thank you all for your thoughts.

@LESHIY_ODESSA

So the comrades are constantly promoting:
$69 per month - Intel Quad-Core Xeon X3440 8GB DDR3 4 x 500GB SATA 100Mbps Unmetered
$29 per month - VPS (KVM) - L5410 (2 Cores) 2.5GB DDR2 2 x 300GB RAID1 SAS 1Gbps 15TB
$39 per month - VPS (KVM) - L5410 (4 Cores) 5GB DDR2 4 x 300GB RAID10 SAS 1Gbps 30TB
And if you go for - ru.hetzner.com
19.90 € per month - ARM HDD 3TB (USB3 ) :)
€41.18 — 2x2TB SATA 6Gb/s 7200rpm (Software-RAID 1)
Amazon is not an option at all with their speeds from America. Well, maybe something in Europe.
