What utility would you recommend for transparent encryption of files in the cloud?

Gentlemen, what would you recommend a modern, more or less secure tool for transparent data encryption for backup to the cloud under Windows? TrueCrypt is not developed and is potentially vulnerable, encFS has not changed the algorithm of the year since 2005 and has not passed a security audit. Where to go, what to use? AESCrypt?
