Hello guys, I'm facing the same problem! I can't configure composer! I went to the site and followed the manual, but nothing happened! https://getcomposer.org/download/ . I downloaded the executable and the installation asks to install it in a php file, I don’t understand which one, 4 commands for the terminal (I tried to register on the command line since I have php installed on Windows) led to errors. Help kind people, I will not remain in debt!

- this usually means that there is a folder with a php.exe executable file, so you need to specify the Composer installation path to it. Type in terminal:
where php
