How to set up compilation of SASS/SCSS files in Dreamweaver CC 2017?

I went to the site settings site -> manage sites , selected the site, went to the CSS Preprocessors -> generals settings, checked the Enable Auto Compilation On File Save checkbox. Didn't do anything else. I create a SCSS file in the site directory, push CSS rules there, save, nothing happens. I press tools -> compile and nothing happens, the .css file is not created. That is, nothing compiles. It is necessary either to somehow launch and configure the compiler built into the Dreamweaver or configure the Ruby compiler and taskcraner and watcher (I don’t understand here), but I realized there the live preview will not work. What do you advise?
