How to set up click tracking in openx?

Good afternoon.
All this time I used banners directly, now I need to use the banners of the www.admitad.com service (Rich-Media and HTML banners with a redirect). So, I can't set up click tracking for them.
The code says:
* Don't forget to replace the 'INSERT_ENCODED_CLICKURL_HERE' text with
* the click tracking URL if this ad is to be delivered through a 3rd
* party (non-Max) adserver.
And where can I get a link to learn clicks?
Has anyone encountered such a problem?
