How to set up chrome in OS X so that it doesn't lose tabs after closing?

The only case when he does not lose them is if you close them via cmd + q. But sometimes, quite by accident, you close another window and double-clicking also closes the chrome in the background. Or someone unfamiliar with this simply closes the browser, and he instantly loses all tabs, even pinned ones. Are there any treatments?

Clicking on the red circle doesn't close chrome - you close one of chrome's windows. You can restore it, for example, like this:
1. Open a new window
2. Click Recently closed cl.ly/image/1o1B1c463a2n
3. Open several closed tabs cl.ly/image/0628403N0k3m

This is somewhat different, but if you press cmd + shift + t after the incident, then all the tabs will return to their place.

Check your rights. It looks like chrome can't write to home directory or its own directory.
