How to set up call recording in asterisk?
Good afternoon.
I was told to turn on call recording so that they could find operator errors. I went to every ext. number and turned on the record there. The setup photo is shown below!
Even in the system it shows that the recording is in progress, but only outgoing calls and calls to internal numbers can be listened to. We can't listen to incoming calls!

I'm not good at setting up an asterisk through a web-face, I do everything the old fashioned way (console / configs)
and so, in extensions.conf I have the following line for incoming, outgoing and when calling internal numbers:
... ..
exten => s,n,MixMonitor(/var/spool/asterisk/monitor/${fname}.wav)
......
Yes, I write calls in wav format, and then every 30 minutes I convert to mp3 (significantly reduces CPU load)
Application -> Call recording (screen below). Select Record on answer.
Everything is correct on your screenshot... In addition to OnDemandRecording = you need ON
ZY . And you also need to try to create rules for an outgoing call in Application -> Call recording. Target = Trunks, your trunks. One rule per trunk
