How to set up call forwarding on virtual mobile numbers?

Good afternoon.
Task: you need, figuratively, 30 mobile numbers, each of which transfers to a specific number. And, it is very desirable to see statistics on calls to these numbers, incoming / outgoing / date-time of the call / call duration.
Problem: now only Yandex.Target call offers this (and Ukrainian numbers are needed). All the call tracking services I contacted roll out huge prices and offer dynamic call tracking, while I just need a static one, without source recognition, etc.
Question: is it possible to just buy virtual mobile numbers (somewhere on zadarma, or somewhere else, advise), and through some service set up a simple forwarding from each number with the collection of basic statistics? Thank you.
