How to choose an IP telephony provider?

Hello, we are faced with the problem of a large number of ip-telephony providers, and a small number of reviews / understanding of who and what. We used the beeline, got burned about their technical support and the inadequacy of the leadership at the lower levels.
I would like advice / feedback on what you use / used. Pros/Cons. Thanks in advance

Hey! to choose a provider that will provide high-quality communication, you need to:
1. request the addresses of their sip servers by geographic location in the IP TP in order to understand the connectivity. The lower the ping and jump, the better the connection will be.
2. Estimate how many lines you need, how many minutes of local calls and the price for calls outside the region. As well as the cost of primary connection and connection of additional lines and minutes. Clarify the availability of the E1 flow
3. talk about discounts :)
4. think
5. wait a week at least, who will call back from the managers, sway them for another additional discount :)
Alternative. Use sim cards for calls via usb modems in conjunction with an asterisk :)
PS: as such, there is no good provider of ip telephony, there is good connectivity and your provider is tyrnet.

Telphin is good - www.telphin.ru
Take their virtual PBX and don't bother with Asterisk and its protection.
