How to listen to a recording in CDR Reports?

There is FreePBX with CDR Reports. There are recorded conversations.
When trying to listen, this is the situation: I tried FireFox and Chrome under Lin / Win, it's the same everywhere. Apparently, the browser is missing some module. Where to dig, how to decide?
