How to set up black and white printing?

I have an HP LaserJet 200 colorMFP M276n printer connected over the network. There is a laptop on Windows 10, behind which the manager sits and sends pictures for printing. She does this through the built-in Photos app. Pictures often need to be printed in black and white, but even when Monochrome is selected in the print preferences window, a color image often prints. How to make it so that when you need to print b / w, it is always printed b / w?

It is quite possible that a crooked printer driver was created this way at the factory, for new printers this is quite normal.
In my IP4840, when the "grayscale" checkbox is set in the driver, it prints BW in color ink, supposedly black is exclusively for text.
