How to set up balancing using eigrp in such a topology?

Good day!
There is such a topology ...

This is one eigrp zone.
It is required to set up balancing on satellite channels.
Play with delay and bandwith, or is it still variance?
Variance seems unacceptable to me because the difference in the metric is too small, and does not differ at times, as far as I understand, the difference between the metrics must differ at times in order for the variance to work out the balancing correctly.
Here is an example of metric differences:
sh ip eigrp topology
172.30.193.0/24, 1 successors, FD is 13656064
via 172.16.223.145 (13656064/28416), Tunnel1
via 172.16.181.145 (13656320/28672), Tunnel2

You can also use the command
Thus, the smaller the route metric, the more traffic is transmitted along it.
In general, read more about traffic-share .
