How to set up automatic reset and reconnection of the network adapter if the Wi-Fi signal suddenly disappears?
The Wi-Fi signal drops out from time to time. In order for the Internet to appear, you have to manually reset the adapter, after that everything works.
Question: is there any software or OS manipulation to automate this reconnect process?
The problem of a weak signal is most likely in the built-in adapter, and not in the OS itself or the router settings. Rollbacks were made to old versions of the driver, updated to the latest, reinstalled Windows and installed Linux. The problem was not solved.
OS: Windows 8.1

What does built-in adapter mean?
If you have a laptop, then the WIFI adapter is easy to change.
But before you complicate things - make sure that when you connect to another router, everything works. That is, the problem is really in the adapter.
You can control the connection from the command line with the command
netsh interface set interface "Interface Name" enabled
