How to increase wifi speed?

Where can I find a step-by-step dock, what and how should I do to get the maximum possible (preferably with an explanation why this is the maximum) wifi speed?
The question arose because I installed a new router of the n standard at home, which supports both 2.4 and 5 GHz + I also have a client board of the n standard. Without any dancing with a tambourine, but simply by plugging it into an outlet, I got 30Mbps. However, the theoretical limit is 600Mbps. I understand that the theoretical limit is not achievable in ordinary life, but I would like to get closer to it and understand the limitations.

One of the most important is to find free channels.
For example, to get a speed of 300, you need to have two free channels.
You can see what's going on in your network using the inSSIDer
program. Everything is clear with the router, I saw such ones, but what is the “client fee” for 600?

Well, I don't think there is a real solution.
But the following actions helped me to achieve a speed of 50 Mbps:
1. Both devices (access point and pci card) are from the same manufacturer, namely D-link
2. Both support N
3. Wpa2 / aes encryption is used
4. On the router non-standard antennas are installed
5. Wmm is disabled on the router, it's like wms
Another point, Gigabit mesh, for example, I pump at a maximum of 320 Mbps, and I think that this ratio is also true for a wireless network. so I gave up further optimization attempts.

There was a topic here, not even one, where this issue was touched upon. About a year ago, I think.
