How to set up automatic login of multiple users at startup?

Hello!
I have a small HTPC box.
It is controlled by Windows 7 (I plan to have 8 soon)
It has two users.
The first is to run XBMC.
The second is console. For µTorrent, etc.
Rarely (but sometimes an update is installed, or the electricity jumps, or something else) the computer reboots.
Then the user with XBMC automatically logs in and automatically launches him in full screen.

So the question is: how to make the second user also log in automatically to the console session?

Thanks for answers!

At the time, I solved a similar problem. As far as I remember, there was no normal solution here. Solved by:
On behalf of the first user, raise the rdp connection and log in as the second user. Then kill this connection without terminating the user's session. True, it was a long time ago and I don’t remember the commands how I created it and there is no example left (((

And why is the standard task scheduler and running a torrent on behalf of that user not suitable?
