It’s worth starting with Google and seeing that AnyConnect is a Cisco proprietary protocol. It requires a Cisco hardware. The closest open source counterpart is OpenConnect . Yes, the Cisco AnyConnect client works with it. But I would recommend looking towards OpenVPN.
