How to set up an operator group in AD?

On 2008r2 x64 stands DC+AD.
The question is, what checkboxes should be put on the left so that the user can edit only those fields that are checked on the right?

Found where to dig. These attributes were hidden by default for selection in the (Object Users) wizard.
