How to set up an Ipsec tunnel between Mikrotik and Centos 7?

There is Mikrotik RB 2011 the Internet receives via a 4G modem and there is Centos 7 (libreswan)
Please tell me how to build an ipsec tunnel between them (Mikrotik initiator)
