How to set up an incoming call through the trunk of one asterisk to the extension of the second one?

There are two asterisks (asteriskNOW, v11, FreePBX), one holds a dozen trunks from the multiphone, users must cling to the other. In addition, a GSM gateway will be screwed with users, but this is not about him. Separation is necessary so that the megaphone multiphone does not hang up the main asterisk (this happened to me several times and I decided to smash them out of sin). I connected two asterisks via IAX2, calls go between them, outgoing calls from extensions of the first asterisk go to multiphone trunks, everything is fine with that. Here incoming calls do not come.
Unfortunately, I read asterisk logs quite mediocrely.

Tell me what's wrong? Where to dig or where to look?

Asterisk with trunks = AT
Asterisk with users = AP
1 - Can you register on AT and call AP? Do so.
2 - Next, create a custom destination on the AT that would describe the call to the AP.
3 - Add in the trunk to the AT an input from the required DID to this Custom destination.
You don’t need to do anything on the AP, get the calls from the AT to go.

@gbg

I have such a suspicion that instead of the internal number of the subscriber, the second asterisk receives a city external number, with a clear result.
