How to set up an HP printer correctly?

There is an HP LaserJet 1020 printer. There is a Chinese "print server" WiSiYiLink, which allows you to connect the printer to a local network. There is Windows 10. All this is in the local network. When connected via IP, the maximum printer can print a test page. Then it doesn't print.
When installed on Windows XP everything works fine.
