How to set up an additional ip address from the provider?
Given:
The provider issues a static IP with MAC binding, connection type - IPoE. I have a laptop without a LAN port. Purchased from a provider. ip (registered mac address of the wifi adapter of the laptop). There is also a simple Asus RT-n10e router.
Task:
Distribute the purchased add-on via Wi-Fi. ip for laptop. Ideally: getting one piece of iron - 1 specific ip via wifi.
Question:
What is the easiest way to implement this? Is it possible to configure the main (specific) ip to work in the PC, and additional ip is distributed through the router? I can buy any mikrotik for these purposes.
ps. please do not scold, in sis. I don’t understand administration very well, but the task is worth it :)

everything looks so that it will be enough for you to connect the provider cable to the switch, and connect to the same switch, firstly, a PC, and, secondly, an access point through which to connect a laptop. prescribe the appropriate settings on the PC and laptop: manually specify IP addresses and other details or get them via DHCP - depending on how your provider does it.
