Good afternoon. Available Nettop Acer Aspire R3600. There is an idea to raise a web server on it (since it is rather weak for other tasks).
When installing Centos 7.2 on it during the installation process in the graphical interface, the network device was not detected. Installation was made without setting up a network. Now there is access to the terminal, but there is still no network.
There is a network on Windows OS.

Look in logs - whether the network interface was defined as the device.
