How to set up a Vagrant shared folder with Windows?

Hello! I wanted the Windows folder to be displayed in a virtual machine running through Vagrant. The assembly is this files.vagrantup.com/precise64.box. In the Vagrantfile I entered the following line config.vm.synced_folder "../../Sites", "/sites". On startup it says:
==> default: Mounting shared folders...
default: /sites => C:/Sites
default: /vagrant => C:/VagrantBoxes/precise64
But no folder is mounted.
