Installing kali linux hangs on network setup?

I recorded the last image for the day (08/07/19) on a USB flash drive using RUFUS. I boot from it, choose start installer. After the language settings, the network card is detected, and everything hangs on the "network settings" item - just an inscription, I've been waiting for the second time for about the third hour. The router has Internet, it is connected to the laptop via a cable. What to do?
Thanks in advance
