How to set up a tunnel between VPS on Linux and Windows Server 2012?
The situation is this. There are two machines:
1. Computing server, for which there is no way to get a white IP for direct access via SSH. The machine is running Windows Server 2012 with Cygwin, which runs two Hyper-V virtual machines: Ubuntu Server and custom Windows.
2. Third party VPS server under Debian with SSH access.
Previously, a tunnel was configured between the VPS and the computer, through which requests on certain ports from the VPS were redirected to virtual machines, in addition, RDP was forwarded to Windows. Recently I had to change the VPS provider, so everything needs to be set up again. There is no specialist who knows how to do this, and it is not known when (bureaucracy) will appear, so I was instructed to solve the problem. In terms of networking, I've never done anything other than setting up SSH and FTP servers on a *nix system (Linux, OS X). With Windows, RDP and Hyper-V, in principle, I am mediocre. In general, I will be glad for detailed guides for dummies on setting up such a configuration. Thank you all in advance.

start by reviewing machine configuration #2. most likely it has iptables rules that implement port forwarding. there you will see where (to which addresses) the ports were forwarded. It will become clearer how VPS1 connected to VPS2. Well, then deal with the settings of the service that connects 2 UPUs.
