How to set up a router for Wake on Lan + Remote Desktop (router remote setup)?

There is a router from domru, from it the Internet goes to 2 computers (1 lan, 1 wi-fi), and 2 phones. I can’t set up the router in any way (there is a firmware from the provider, only the wifi password can be changed), but technical support can set it up remotely. As far as I know, I need to do port forwarding, but I don’t know which ones. What should I write to technical support (what exactly to configure, forward, etc.), so that they can remotely configure my router to work with wake on lan and remote desktop? What needs to be configured on my side (on the PC), besides allowing remote connection and accepting magic packet?

Yes, you need to forward ports to the internal network.
But before forwarding, it would be desirable to find out - do you have a white address?
If you do not have a white (real) address, then there is no point in setting it up - it is impossible to connect remotely.
If there is, then everything is fine.
You just need to forward ports.
For WoL, port 9 is usually forwarded to port 9 of your network's broadcast address.
For RDP, port 3389 is usually forwarded to port 3389 of the computer to which you want to connect.
On a PC, you usually don’t need to configure anything else, as a rule, allowing a remote connection automatically creates a rule in the firewall, although if you have a third-party firewall or antivirus with a firewall function, you will have to configure it manually as well.
