How to properly organize printing in the office?
we have an office for 10-20 PCs
3 printers (2 of them are the same)
a win 2008 R2 server
and a couple of three routers
how it's all connected now I don't like it at all, there are constant conflicts on the same printers, through the program they put static ip and there is a constant conflict .
the main mikrotik router is good, but I don’t know from which side to approach it, the more the password is lost for a long time, after it the TP-link is also with a lost password, then simple different small wifi routers for the sake of and wires also distribute the Internet,
I will be all this economy put in order, reset the settings of the routers and set up again, until I know only for Mikrotik, I haven’t come across it, it’s difficult for me so far.
What worries me the most right nowprinting , one printer stands and is "powered" from a router whose ip is 192.168.0.1, people printing via remote control on the server (RDP) do not see it, the server does not even ping it, how can this be? After all, everything is in the same network
Maybe there is some kind of service like Google print or something like that to add all the printers without problems then print?
I'm just starting to delve into all this, I'm not a system administrator, I'm a TYZHprogrammer) please help
ps I understand that if you send a document for printing via RDP, it transfers the document to your PC, and that already from the presence of printers prints those that are installed? I just logged in as an administrator to the server, I don’t have printers in my devices at all, how does this whole shaitan machine work?

About RDP - in the clients, users should have a jackdaw "throw printers". Local printers upon connection will be available during the RDP session. I do not remember exactly whether it is necessary, but it seems that the server should have drivers for these printers.
In addition, you can connect all available printers to the server and they will be available to users regardless of their local ones.
And yet, on the winserever, you can add the "Printserver" role, connect all printers there, add them to AD (if there is AD) and connect these printers to users as needed.
