How to set up a redirect on IIS?

Good afternoon.
There is a server (№1) with raised IIS, which accepts requests for 10.10.10.10.
There is a second server (#2) also with IIS that accepts requests on 11.11.11.11.
Server No. 1 is the main one where the data goes. Tell me if it is possible to make a redirect from server number 1 to server number 2, but so that both IIS would receive data.
As far as I understand, a simple redirect will not work, it will simply redirect requests, but both servers need to process them.

@verdex

You have a closing quote at the beginning, not an opening one
fwrite($log, "<br> $Login:$Pass \n");

Why are you writing the code in Word where these typographic quotes come from?
open a normal editor and change it to normal everywhere.
