Error issuing SSL(SAN) certificates via LetsEncrypt?
I issue SSL and SAN certificates through LetsEncrypt, before that everything was without problems, and SAN certificates were issued to the group site with bindings and they appeared in IIS, but now I can’t understand something, it gives working bindings, but not working ones, BUT at the end of the session, it turns out that no one succeeded.
I ask for help in analyzing this issue)
I decided to try to fix the problem by removing all bindings from IIS that cause EROR , well, I think there will be no errors, BUT something new popped up and again Create certificate failed

Apparently, you have mod_rewrite configured so that all requests are fed to your router on the site, and not just requests for non-existent files, as is usually done. As a result, for requests in the .well-known folder, your server issues something completely different from what the Let's Encrypt checking robot expects to see.
PS Although wait, you say that you have IIS, and in the logs the path is /home/nwww - it turns out that the requested site is completely different from the one you have on IIS.
