Let's Encrypt on IIS on Windows automatically renew SSL and SAN certificates?

Let's Encrypt V1.9.8.2
Installed a couple of test certificates, all successful.

I look in the task scheduler, a task has appeared, but I can’t figure out what it does.
There is the same task on Certify (now certificates are issued through this program, but they have to be updated every 3 months in Manual, which is not very convenient) and I began to look for an automated alternative, I found it, but I can’t figure it out completely.
Tell me, are there any additional steps required in Let's Encrypt to automatically renew certificates?
