How to set up a redirect on Cloudflare?

Please tell me how can I direct a domain to cloudflare and put a redirect on cloudflare itself?

I know that I can put it on hosting and set up a redirect there, but if there is an opportunity on cloudflare, then why not

1. Go to Pages Rules
2. Create a new rule
3. Specify the Forwarding URL in the rule settings and select 301 redirect if the page has moved permanently
4. Specify where to redirect and save
