How to renew an SSL certificate in Cloudflare?
Hello colleagues.
Please help. A long search yielded no results. Hosting technical support did not help. Cloudflare support responds to users with a paid plan, and we have a free one ... no response.
The essence of the problem:
The correct certificate from GlobalSign was installed on the server
SSL mode in Cloudflare was Full (Strict)
In advance of the expiration date of the GlobalSign certificate, we bought and installed a new certificate from Comodo on our server.
The problem is that cloudflare does not see our certificate and turned off the site with an error that attackers will now steal all your data.
A day later, Cloudflare updates the certificate data and everything works again.
The customer for 1 day completely loses the site in fact. And so every year. And there are many sites.
Please tell me how can I update the certificate details in Cloudflare using the free plan?

0) Support responds to everyone, it's just that users who do not pay receive a lower priority and, accordingly, a later response depending on the workload of the customer support service
1) Make sure that after replacing the certificate with a new one, you reload the web server configuration
2) Check if everything works on the server, you can specify in /etc/hosts on the local machine the real IP of the server for the desired domain and thus bypass CloudFlare
3) Update certificates not at the last moment, but in advance (it is better to configure Lets Encrypt once and forget about updating certificates)
