Certificate from CloudFlare or LetsEncrypt?

Is it worth using certificates from CloudFlare for the site + all its subdomains, or use LetsEncrypt itself installed for each subdomain + domain, and personally update it every 3 months through cron?

As I understand it, there is one common certificate from CloudFlare, essentially the same as from LetsEncrypt, the base certificate + CloudFlare renew it themselves, eliminates surveillance "do I need to update the certificate, suddenly the cron did not work or what went wrong."

Depending on what you need, we used almost everything in different companies, from letsEncrypt to self-signed ones, and after many years I can say one thing - better purchased ones, no headaches.
