How to set up a RAID array on a Sil 3512 chipset in VMWare ESXi 5.5?

There is a server, with one hard drive. It has the ESXi 5.5.0-2014302001 hypervisor installed.
And there are two additional hard 2 terabytes available. I want to make a mirror out of them. According to the developers' documentation, software controllers are not supported by the hypervisor (this is with a built-in array). I found a Silicon Image Sil 3512 board in my closet, support was cut out of this version of the hypervisor. I could not find drivers for version 5. Help me find and set up.

@tartarelin

as an option, you can create a raid at the OS level of a virtual machine, and place the disks of this machine on different hard drives, somewhere I saw such a proposal and the author said. that works well for him

@Vevin

This is an option, only when the system is already installed. And I need to roll OS on raid.
