How to set up a proxy on android without root rights?

People how to set up a proxy for android 6.0 (Sony Xperia z3)? I bought a proxy (I want to go to VK through the application)

We go to the VK application ->> Settings ->> About the program.
We poke a finger at the dog 5 times (there is no visualization).
We turn off VK, go to the dialer, type on the keyboard *#*#856682583#*#*
We get into the hidden application settings, in the Other section, check the box next to Proxy.
Close the hidden settings, go to the usual application settings ->> General and see a new item there - Use a proxy server.

System settings - Wifi - long tap on the connection - Change network - tick Advanced - set Proxy settings to "Manual", fill in the fields.
