How to set up a microphone from a webcam in ubuntu?

Good afternoon.
Before asking a question here, I looked at several solutions on other forums, but nothing helped.

I bought a new camera, checked it in Windows, it works.
I listen to sound through headphones.
Pavucontrol, the microphone records any external noise.


The headphones play sounds from the browser.

I decided to check the microphone on such a resource [url= https://online-voice-recorder.com/]https://online-... ], and nothing is recorded. If I turn on the video on YouTube, then the sound is recorded from there.

In your screenshot, the right edge of the window is not visible, there is a button there. Maybe that's the issue with her.
