How to set up a landing page in WordPress?
Good evening, I'm facing a problem. You need to pull a landing page on WordPress, and how best to implement page content editing. For example, there is a section in which: a heading, a subheading and 4 cards. I output cards via acf, but what about the title and subtitle? In the admin panel, people far from WP will not understand anything about what and where to change. Please share your experience in solving this problem. Thanks in advance.

Hello!
If you correctly connected style.css wp_header() wp_footer() functions.php (added scripts and styles), then it remains only through the ACF plugin to create custom fields and add everything there. If there are repeating elements, then use repeater. If you need the ability to upload pictures to the slider, use the gallery or repeater. If you need a "theme options" section, then use acf_option. All other documentation is available at ACF website.
There is a wonderful, but not popular page builder - Qoob. It is very convenient for the client to work with him, changes are made on the fly, everything is immediately visible. There are video tutorials on the web on how to use it, as well as good documentation (also with video)
I recommend using the free page builder SiteOrigin. And with the rest - here
The problem is not in DNS, it looks like you have a web server disabled on the host or something with the configuration.
Nmap scan report for host-91-210-178-249.mirgiga.net (91.210.178.249)
Host is up (0.034s latency).
