How to set up a DHCP server in Cisco Packet Tracer?

I am drawing up a network diagram in CPT. The main device will be a D-Link switch, which is conditionally a router (works with static routing). You need to configure a DHCP server on it, which will distribute the corresponding IP addresses relative to the VLAN (there will be 3 subnets). How to implement this in Cisco Packet Tracer? I would be grateful for any advice!

DHCP Relay must be enabled on the interface where IP is registered (gateway for clients), as far as I understand, vlans are created on the switch and they are routed there, in this case, dhcp relay must be enabled on each vlan interface
