How to set up a CCTV station?

There are territorially scattered DVR & NVR in the amount of 55 pieces. About 10-15 cameras are connected to each of them.
Advise on how to organize a video surveillance point? Basic requirements: the ability to update the list of cameras / doors at the point remotely and at all points at once (if there is more than 1), download / take screenshots from cameras, view the archive. Is there a web interface for such purposes? If yes, please tell me which one.

If all dvr-nvrs are from the same manufacturer, then you can put the manufacturer's software on the observation point, it usually supports this.
If not, then everything is worse. We will have to think about allocating a dedicated server that will collect cameras from registrars and send them to the observation point. You have to buy software for this.
Usually, live video can be taken from the recorder for each channel via rtsp.
