How to organize remote control of the DVR through the phone?
Good afternoon! The task is to make a system that switched cameras on the DVR using an iOS phone. I need to connect the registrar to the home TV network using a DVB-T2 modulator so that the client can turn on the TV and watch remote objects through the TV while switching cameras through the iPhone. I found a crutch in the form of a PC with a VLC player and the VLCRemote application, which switches RTSP streams pre-recorded in the playlist, but there is too much delay between switching.
Help find solutions colleague?

Not a fan of Apple. Isn't it easier to bring the cameras to one of the channels / connections to the TV and use smart as a remote control or mouse emulator?
Similarly: connect over the network to the reg and watch the cameras on smart while displaying the picture on the TV set?
On a computer basis, you can. Registrars don't do that.
Although it is possible on the basis of the registrar, but you will have to make a device that will be presented to the registrar as a Mouse - and in the meantime it will be controlled over the network (http). That is, it will select the desired channel for viewing by double-clicking on the desired square.
