How to set up a browser extension to work everywhere except for a list of sites?

There is some extension (a plugin for the password manager) that works fine by itself, but there is a suspicion that it breaks into the admin panel of one particular site, as a result, I would like to disable it on this particular site - I can enter one password manually . However, in the extension management, I do not see a similar button ("do not run here, but run by default"). At the same time, I do not want to drive each new site separately into the list where the extension will be launched. How to set permissions?

Right-click on the "Manage extensions" icon, in the "Access to sites" section select "On click" or if there are not many sites where it should work, then drive these sites into "on selected sites".
